These awards were set up in 1999 with the aim of highlighting the most innovative and valuable practices in human resources business management and thus reward the work and careers of managers and professionals that drive and lead them.
Once all nominations are received, the jury, made up of the winners from the previous year, meets and after anonymously studying the CV, trajectory and projects of candidates, decides the winners.
The names of the winners are made public at the Gala Awards ceremony, which has become one of the most important events of its kind in business in the country.
