AdQualis began its activity in 1987 under the name MC Asociados, exclusively offering differentiated head hunting services, way beyond the conventional selection, a time when this activity was entirely pioneer in Spain. Consuelo Castilla took on this business model following the best practices of the most important consultancies in Europe and the US, looking for innovation to achieve the highest efficiency in the service offered to client companies. Currently, the division that offers this solution is AdQualis Executive Search.
As a result of the trust created among clients together with their shared needs, new companies were set up in the fields of HR selection, consulting and software development.
Enter Systems, currently AdQualis HR Apps, was set up in 1994. It develops software applications to integrally manage human resources in companies.
Centil-90, currently AdQualis Talent Search, was set up in 1998. This company specialises in the recruitment and selection of middle management positions such as technical and/or commercial managers, massive searches for candidates for commercial networks or new creation areas, as well as graduate programmes. All of these are volume projects where flexibility and speed are essential.
Consultoría MC, Desarrollo de Organizaciones y Personas was set up in 2004. This is now AdQualis HR Consultants offering solutions in the field of organisational development and the optimisation of the performance of human resources.
