Our story
Milestones
AdQualis began in 1987 under the name MC Asociados as a head hunting pioneer, at a time when this type of exclusive service was unheard of in Spain.
Consuelo Castilla developed this business model following the best practices of the most relevant consulting firms in Europe and the United States, seeking to offer client companies innovation and the highest efficiency. Now, AdQualis Executive continues to offer this service, with a global vision and worldwide operations.
Thanks to building trust with clients, and due to their shared needs, Enter Systems — now, AdQualis Integrho — was born in 1994 for the development of integrated human resources management software. Integrho was a pioneer in the use of the most advanced technologies of the time: relational databases, the C programming language, open systems, etc. Currently, its focus is the development, installation and support of software for the area of People management in any type of organization, using the most innovative technologies and offering solutions that simply and optimize management and decision making.
Centil-90 — today, AdQualis Talent Search — was founded in 1998 as a division specialized in recruitment and selection for middle management and specialist positions, mass candidate search for commercial networks and newly created fields, as well as graduate programs. More recently, the division has expanded to incorporate selection for IT and digital positions. AdQualis talent is dedicated to flexibility, efficiency and speed in all its activities.
The AQ Awards were established in 1999 to highlight the most innovative and valuable practices in human resources business management, and reward the work and careers of the leading managers and professionals who champion them.
Once all nominations are received, a jury made up of the previous year’s winners convenes to analyze the CV, trajectory and projects of candidates who are kept anonymous, and ultimately decides the winners.
Consultoría MC, Desarrollo de Organizaciones y Personas — now, AdQualis HR Consultancy was born in 2004, offering solutions in the areas of strategy, organizational development and performance.
The AdQualis Human Results brand launches. The different companies within the MC Group — MC Asociados, Centil 90, MC Consultancy and Integrho — are united under a single brand, boosting international positioning and promoting our vision of offering comprehensive and specialized services for the area of People and general management of all companies in all sectors.
